This 2 day course teaches participants how to provide initial support to a young person (aged 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis. Course participants must be 18 years or older and on completion are eligible to be accredited Mental Health First Aiders with Mental Health First Aid Australia ( https://www.mhfa.com.au/)
Course is run by Garry Batt Counselling , Master Instructor for Mental Health First Aid Australia and credentialed Mental Health Nurse.
